The Diner will entice you with their amazing tots, housemade bread and muffins, daily omelettes and gotta-try coffee drinks. Their Eggs Benedict is fabulous, and most days you can get shrimp and grits! Breakfast or lunch, and sometimes dinner on the weekends, it’s worth a brief drive. Lots of people rave about their burgers, too.
They were also the 2024 winner of the annual “Melt Down,” a Yamhill County fundraiser operated by and benefiting the YCAP Regional Food Bank. During February local restaurants create an unique version of a grilled cheese sandwich. Locals then vote for their favorite, and each restaurant donates $2 per sandwich. If you’re in McMinnville in February, look for your cheesy favorite!
